absolutely horrendous experience. the coffee machine was a joke compared to other hotels. the shower's hose was split, making it impossible to enjoy! i expected a complimentary upgrade for all this inconvenience, but of course, that didn’t happen. i almost gave a good review, but. no thanks!

User-friendly parking arrangement made access easier.
On arrival, navigating to the hotel was frustrating. The signage is inadequate, leaving us driving in circles before finding a way in. Additionally, the restaurant next door wouldn't accommodate us, leaving us without dinner options.

9/10
The folks there were real kind, bless their hearts. Room was mighty spacious and spotless, perfect for catchin' some Z's after our late ferry. Breakfast hit the spot, too, with plenty of coffee and those pastries. Quentin at the front desk took good care of us with directions to the parking—felt like home!

The room was clean and modern, perfect for our quick stop, and we had a cozy breakfast to start the day. There’s a nice lounge area to unwind and a little garden to stroll around before heading out. The shower had a minor leak, but it didn’t really bother us—definitely check it out! 😊

We had a lovely family stay with our adult kids at this hotel. The breakfast offered a wide variety that everyone enjoyed, and the free parking was a great convenience. The staff made us feel welcomed and even checked in on our trip.
My wife says that finding dinner options nearby was a bit tricky.

The Classic Triple Room was a bit of a letdown. The bathroom had a nasty smell, and the toilet seat was stained, which was off-putting. The air conditioning was dusty too. Breakfast was pretty basic. I didn’t think it was worth the price. However, I did appreciate the room being spacious enough for us. It definitely needs more attention to cleanliness to feel comfortable.

Couple perfect stopover
We stayed overnight before catching a ferry to Portsmouth the next afternoon. The man on reception was very helpful and gave us info about nearby restaurant "Le Tablier", which was an excellent choice! The car park was secure and we slept well. Breakfast (cereal, toast and plentiful coffee) was ideal for fueling up, just what we needed!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but worth it for what we got.
